We offer a direct optical data networking solution between your office environment and your data centre (WAN). This includes a dedicated bandwidth internet service. It ensures you can use the latest technology to handle your internal and external data traffic in the most secure and fastest way possible. In the case of multiple offices and sites, we implement a dedicated but private VPN data network connection between each office or site endpoint.
A dedicated optical data network is a connection where the office and the data centre are directly connected. It provides extremely fast data transfer rates of up to 10Gbps. It is coupled with high reliability and availability. We guarantee 99.7% operation per year, with up to 99.9% availability for a redundant solution.
In the case of dedicated Internet service, a high-bandwidth fibre-optic link is built directly between the office centre and the data centre. Unlike a traditional Internet connection, where the connection is built up through several peering providers, it has its own direct connection. This means any network load caused by other customers and/or any technical faults between peers have no impact on the quality of the dedicated Internet connection.
In addition to the maximum available speed of 10 Gb/s, guaranteed download and upload speeds are also guaranteed with high availability.
Communication: VoIP & virtual sub-centre solutions
IP-based virtual private branch exchange services offer a wide range of office fixed voice communication solutions. These include call switching, call transfer, voicemail to email, voice mailbox (IVR), and call recording. The virtual private branch exchange infrastructure can be upgraded in a cost-effective and flexible way.
